
SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME

In-Stock Items: All orders are processed and dispatched same day or usually next day or within 3 business days from our NSW warehouse.

Pre-Orders / Backorders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. We do not split shipments unless you place separate orders.

Peak Periods: During major drops (e.g., Nena Sader releases) or sale periods, processing may take an additional 2 days due to high volume.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

Standard Post: 1–6 Business Days* - Calculated at Checkout based on weight

Express Post: 1–3 Business Days* - Calculated at Checkout based on weight
*Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and originate from NSW. Heavier parcels or deliveries to regional areas may take longer.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Not Currently Shipping Internationally)
We ship internationally via Australia Post International.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed. Trim Store does not collect these fees and cannot reimburse them.
4. TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

Authority to Leave: By default, if you are not home, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place or take it to the nearest Post Office. If you prefer the parcel not be left unattended, please select "Signature on Delivery" at checkout (if available) or monitor your tracking closely.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.

Lost: If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. Please note that an investigation can take up to 10 business days.

Insurance: Our shipping costs include transit Auspost insurance up to the value of $100. If your package is lost or damaged in transit before confirmed delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
