What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal; we do not store your card details.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not yet been dispatched or a shipping lable has not yet been created.
Pre-Orders: You can cancel a pre-order any time before the shipping label is created.
Once an order has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.
