1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW & GUARANTEES
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Major Failure: If the item is defective or faulty (a "major failure"), you are entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Trim Store will cover the shipping costs for returning faulty goods.

Minor Failure: If the failure is not major, we reserve the right to offer a free repair or replacement instead of a refund.
2. 30-DAY "CHANGE OF MIND" RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window for "change of mind" purchases, subject to strict conditions.

Condition Requirement: To qualify for a change of mind refund, items must be returned completely unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept change of mind returns for items that have been opened, turned on, or used.

We recommend you review all product descriptions, size guides, and specifications on our website thoroughly before finalising your purchase.
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs significantly from the description on our website, please contact us immediately.

Assessment: We may ask for photos or video footage of the issue to assess the fault before a return is authorised.

Outcome: If the item is confirmed to have a major failure, you may choose between a refund or a replacement.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return for a faulty item or a change of mind, you must follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at Info@Trimstore.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include Details: Your email must include your full name, Order Number, and a clear description of the issue or reason for return (including photographs if the item is damaged/faulty).

Wait for Approval: Do not return any items until you receive a confirmation email from our team with a Return Authorisation.

Print Label & Ship: Once approved, we will email you a printable return shipping label. You must print and attach this label to your parcel and mail the item back to our facility in NSW. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Faulty/Damaged Items: If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Trim Store will cover the cost of return shipping (either by providing a pre-paid label or reimbursing reasonable postage costs upon receipt).

Change of Mind Returns: For approved change of mind returns, we will provide a printable return shipping label for a flat fee of $14.00 AUD. This $14.00 fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

Unauthorised Returns: Any items returned to us without prior contact or approval will not be processed.
6. PROCESSING REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
