1. OUR COMMITMENT
Trim is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.

2. CONFORMANCE STATUS
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The Trim website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

• "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to close these gaps.
   

3. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
Our website is built on Wix Studio, which supports the following accessibility features:

• Keyboard Navigation: Our site can be navigated using a keyboard for users who cannot use a mouse.

• Screen Reader Compatibility: We aim to ensure all images have descriptive "Alt Text" and that our site structure is readable by screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).

• Visual Contrast: We strive to maintain high color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds to assist users with visual impairments.

• Reduced Motion: We avoid flashing content that could cause seizures and respect device settings for reduced motion where possible.

• Third-Party Apps: Some third-party tools or integrations (e.g., social media feeds, chat widgets) may not be fully accessible as they are not under our direct code control.

• Older Content: Some older images or blog posts may lack alternative text. We are manually updating these over time.

• PDF Documents: Some downloadable documents may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers.
